流行や一般論にとらわれることなく、住まい手の価値観やライフスタイル、お人柄を素直に表現できた住宅だと思います。35坪の狭小地に目一杯建っている印象ですが、3坪の中庭を設け、そこから光や風を取り入れ、空や山の眺望など外との繋がりを感じながら生活できる住宅としています。また、中庭を通じてお互いを感じながら生活できます。そして2階リビングのワンルームも、ニーズによって仕切って使えるように、柔軟性のあるプランにしてあります。最近の住宅は設備や性能にばかりにとらわれがちですが、生活していくうえで必要な『人肌感覚』にこだわり、良い意味での『アナログ感』を実現できた家だと思います。
